“You have the option of being more Love than pain, as well as to create what you want to experience rather than what you are fearful of experiencing.
“Seek your hearts' truth about you being Love, as well as its truth of you being free of pain.
“Live your truth, for it will lead you into the changes you want to experience in your life.”

“When you are being who you are as Love, you will find yourself reflected in the world around you.”

“All of you have come into this world to bring a message for those who are part of your lives there.
“This message is what you wanted to bring each time you have chosen to be in a physical form in that world.
"It is simply LOVE.
“How you choose to express this Love is entirely your choice.
“When you are giving Love, it is a gift that has no expectation of its return to you from the one you gift it to.
“This is why you are choosing to be awakened to the importance of others rather than concentrating on what you accumulate in possessions.
“Many of the conditions of your world are evocative of pain rather than Love.
“Take the time you need to look within your heart and see if your heart is accepting of who you are, as well as who others are choosing to be around you.
“This allows you to be free of pain.”
